This Service Includes the Delivery and Set Up of all Food
and Products Purchased from Seattle Catering. A Delivery, Set Up and Pick up Schedule
will be arranged. Hourly Rates Apply. $50.00 Min. | Servers
and Staff
All Service Persons are Billed at 30.00 per Hour with a 4-hour
Minimum. All Service Time will be Calculated on a Portal-to-Portal Basis. |

Buffet
Service: 1 Service Person for Every 25 Guests. 1 Service Person for Every 15 Guests
if China and Glass Ware are used. Barbecue Service: Add 1 Chef for ever 50 Guests.
Sit Down: 1 Service Person for Every 10 guests, 2 Server Minimum. |
